Grin and Bare It

What were women made for?

Was it to be your shiny object? To gain an eternal youth for your pleasure? To start thinking about childbearing the second we become fully formed? You love the way we talk but not what we say. We’re told to be independent and strong but not a threat to anyone else, especially men. We just grin and bare it. Oh how we know our roles. Your star spangled eyes lie because we’re still fighting. The madness is consuming, but no one likes a mad woman!
